Everyone at work is getting sick lately so when I was picking up my frozen food order from Saiga, it was the perfect opportunity to have the Brisket Pho because my throat was feeling a bit scratchy. It was so simple and easy, and the amount was just perfect. The broth not only tasted good but even smelling it, you can tell it had some good seasonings in it. The pieces of brisket were tender and the perfect size. This really hit the spot.
