Before Saiga pho made it into freezers, we spent years testing recipes, redesigning packaging, calling suppliers, and learning the food business step by step.
One of our hardest early lessons was losing our first frozen pho pallet because we didn’t yet understand the federal inspection requirements for meat and poultry.
It was humbling, but it helped us build Saiga the right way.

In 2021, we started asking a simple question: How can we bring authentic Vietnamese comfort food into more homes?
What began as a small family-owned restaurant turned into countless hours of recipe testing, packaging trials, USDA approvals, and learning everything we could about the frozen food industry.
In 2022, we created our first frozen Pho prototype.
In 2024, we launched our first products in stores.
Today, in 2026, Saiga Foods can be found in retailers across the country—and we’re just getting started.
